Case studies are issues that we come across. They are often not pretty, don't always have happy endings. But we are stronger in reading and understanding them.
These are real stories but in call cases we have changed any identifying features.



Budget, we don't need one

They set out to create the best food business in town.  But there was no budget and it became one of the saddest financial failures we have ever seen.

Eighty to ninety of businesses survive the first year. By year five, sixty percent of new business are still surviving.

Smaller businesses without staff have lower survival rates. About one percent of all businesses have catastrophic failure.
